At the end of the innings, SRH reached 266/7, with notable contributions from Travis Head (89 off 32), Shahbaz Ahmed (59 off 29), Abhishek Sharma (46 off 12), and Nitish Reddy (37 off 27).
4. Kolkata Knight Riders – 272/7 vs DC, IPL 2024

On April 3, 2024, Kolkata Knight Riders posted a massive total of 272/7 against Delhi Capitals, setting a new record for their highest-ever total in IPL history. With key contributions from Sunil Narine (85), Angkrish Raghuvanshi (54), Andre Russell (41), and Rinku Singh (26), KKR not only reached their highest total but also secured the third-highest total in IPL history.

On March 27, 2024, Sunrisers Hyderabad set a new record with a mammoth total of 277/3, which at the time was the highest score in IPL history. Travis Head (62 off 24 balls), Abhishek Sharma (63 off 23 balls), and Heinrich Klaasen (80 off 34 balls, with seven sixes and four fours) were the stars of the innings, which included a lightning-fast strike rate of 235.29, propelling SRH to the top of the IPL scoreboard.

Sunrisers Hyderabad continued their dominance into IPL 2025, picking up right where they left off in 2024. Their innings were built around a strong 108-run partnership between openers Abhishek Sharma and Travis Head, with Head smashing the fourth-fastest century in IPL history off just 39 balls. Quick-fire contributions from Heinrich Klaasen, Aiden Markram, and Abdul Samad ensured SRH reached the highest-ever total in IPL history.
